Any Cardholder who accumulates $5.00 or more in fines may not borrow
materials until all fines over $5.00 are paid. If an item is lost,
the maximum fee will be the replacement cost of the item plus a processing
fee of $5.00. If the replacement is less than $5.00 the processing
fee will be equal to the replacement cost.
Items may also be renewed over the phone unless the item is reserved
by another patron or is an item new to the library (indicated by a
colored circle on the spine of the book). Items should be renewed before
or on the due date.
To avoid late fees there is an outside drop for books and a drop
for videos at each of the branch locations. The drop for the King Family
Library in Sevierville is located in the front of the library. Please
do not place videotapes, DVD's, audio books, or music CD's in the book
drop. Items may be returned to any of the branch locations: Kodak,
Sevierville, or Seymour.

Children are not allowed to check out
audio books, videotapes, DVDs, or music CDs.
The Library System does not accept bank card or online payments
at this time but may do so in the future.
We are closed on the following legal holidays:
- News Years Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Easter Holiday (1/2 Good Friday, off Saturday
before Easter)
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Independence Day
- Veteran's Day
- Christmas - Dec. 24-25
